About Shravya Studio

Shravya Studio is a set of free tools for the documents people are asked to upload: a photo at an exact size, a signature under a file-size limit, a PDF small enough for a form, a copy of an identity document with part of it covered.

Why the tools run in your browser

Most sites that do this work send your file to their servers. That means your photograph, your signature and often your identity documents sit on someone else's computer, under terms you did not read, for a length of time you cannot check.

These tools use your browser's own image and PDF machinery instead, so the file is never sent anywhere. That is not a promise you have to take on trust: open your browser's network tab and use any tool on this site. You will see no upload, because there is none.

It also means we cannot lose your documents in a breach, because we never hold them. That matters more than it sounds. The people these tools are for are the same people Shravya Digital spends five free courses telling not to hand their documents to strangers.

What this is not

• Not connected to, endorsed by or authorised by any government body or issuing authority.
• Not a guarantee that a form will accept your file. Size presets here are a starting point; the rules on the form you are filling in always win.
• Not a paid product. No account, no upsell on these tools, and no advertising.
