Reporting a tool that did not work

These tools meet every kind of file, and some files break them. If one fails, the most useful things you can tell us are:

Which tool, and what you were trying to do
What the file was: a photo from a phone, a scan, a PDF from a government portal
What happened instead, including anything the page said
Your browser, and whether you were on a phone or a computer

Please do not send us the file

We will not ask for your documents and we do not want them. The whole point of this site is that your files never reach us, and emailing one would break exactly the thing we are promising. Describe the file instead, or make up a similar one that fails the same way.

If you have lost money to a scam

We cannot help with that here, and speed matters more than anything we could say. In India, call 1930 and tell your bank the same day. Shravya Digital has free guides on what to do next.
