Draw your signature with a finger or a mouse, or use a photo of it on paper. Add your name and the date, in Hindi or any other language, and put each one exactly where the form wants it. The rest of the document is left as it was, and nothing leaves your device.

This places a picture of your signature, which is what a form that says “sign and upload” wants. It is not a digital signature (DSC) of the kind used for company filings or e-tendering; those need a certificate and the portal's own signing tool.
